FOUR new recruits at 272 (Wisbech) Squadron Air Training Corps have completed their basic training and have been presented with their record of service books.
The four, Emma Rogers (14), Maciej Walerowski (15), Akshay Kishor (14) and Jerin Mathew (14) have completed training in History of the Air Training Corps, Basic Drill and have learned how to wear the uniform. They completed this training over the space of several weeks, while taking part in other cadet activities.
The new cadets were presented with their record of service books, in which all cadet activities are recorded, during a final parade by the commanding officer of Wisbech Squadron, Flight Lieutenant Steve Johnson.
“I’ve really enjoyed the start of my cadet training, I can’t wait to take part in more activities,” said Cadet Emma Rogers.
The cadets will now be able to take part in more activities within the Air Training Corps, while continuing with their training to further their cadet careers.
