LANDLORDS looking to evict tenants in instances of disputes and severe payment arrears can now take advantage of a new “No Win, No Fee” tenant eviction service from Landlord Assist.

The new service, believed to be the only one of its kind in the industry, will enable landlords to gain repossession of their properties without having to pay large upfront fees.

With the demand for rented properties driving rents to record levels and living costs also rising, more and more tenants are being pushed into arrears and payment difficulties.
