A family have raised £2,081 and awareness of a debilitating neurological condition.

Mike Brown has been diagnosed with Progressive Supanuclear Palsy (PSP), which is caused by a loss of nerve cells in some parts of the brain and there is no cure. Mr Brown and his wife Barbara along with family and friends organised a coffee morning. The couple’s son Stephen flew in from Florida. Tables were stacked with a range of goodies, including gingerbread houses. The event supported the PSP Association. Mrs Brown said: “Thanks have to go to so many people who helped make the day such a success.” mfcp15af10164
