Pensioners in key appeal

MARCH pensioners George and Gwen Shaw are asking Citizen readers to keep a look out for a set of keys which they believe must have fallen out of George’s pocket on Monday.

The couple think they lost the keys while travelling into town between 11am and noon on their electric chairs. They took a route along Upwell Road into the High Street and, despite retracing their route and checking with a number of shops they visited, no keys have so far been handed in.

The couple have left their details with the police at March and they are urging anyone who finds three keys on a red Paragan Garage fob to hand them in.

The keys are two house keys and a car ignition key. Although they have spares, Gwen (80) and George (81) are keen to get their keys back.
