Wisbech & District Camera Club held its ‘special’ PDI Of The Year event
Keen photographers were rewarded for their work last week when a town’s camera club met.
Wisbech & District Camera Club had its PDI (Projected Digital Imaging) Of The Year event last Monday at the Conservative Club on Alexandra Road.
The judge was Neil Malton from the Peterborough Photographic Society.
The best PDI of the year and winner of the open colour category was the 'Art and Science Museums, Valencia' from vice chairman Maurice Wright.
The winning landscape and seascape category was 'That Famous Castle' by Judy Hodgson.
Taking the win for the open monochrome section was 'At the Waters Edge', again by Judy Hodgson.
Maurice Wright’s ‘Godwit Taking Off’ was also the winner of the natural history category.
Meanwhile, the portrait and people winner was 'Union Soldier' by chairman Ronald Whitehead.
The final creative winner was 'Two Forks and a Prism' by Martin Smart.
