RESIDENTS in Leverington are being urged to make sure they return their village blueprint questionnaires.
Of the 1,700 delivered, several hundred have been returned but the Parish Plan Steering Group wants to see a higher return and is reminding people that it isn’t too late to send the forms back to the addresses in the questionnaire.
The questionnaires ask the views of the residents on all aspects of village life have been delivered to every house in Leverington.
It will take some time to collate the replies and when completed the findings will be summarised, initially at a public meeting, the date of which is to be announced.
This is also when the draw for the winners of the prizes will take place.
A get-together in the Sports Field on September 3 was attended by 40 young people aged 11 to 18 who completed forms on the spot. Initial results show that the majority like living in Leverington because it is quiet with friendly people and an overwhelming majority would like a skateboard/BMX park in the village.
