Police respond to hare coursing incidents across Fenland

Neighbourhood officers have been working with response in relation to a number of hare coursing calls yesterday (Thursday) in the areas of March, Wimblington, Stonea, Manea, Chatteris, Benwick and Whittlesey.

A police spokesman said: "Reports are still being received and we will continue to work in the area to prevent this and support the local farming industry.

If you see any suspicious behaviour that you believe to be involved with hare coursing, please call us on 999 so we can dispatch units to the scene as quickly as possible."
