Police seize car in Wisbech after driver caught speeding and without insurance

A car has been seized in town after being driven illegally.

On Thursday morning, police stopped a car on Churchill Road in Wisbech after the driver accelerated past a marked police vehicle while exceeding the speed limit.

The driver was then found to have no insurance for the vehicle.

The vehicle was seized on the spot and a recovery truck arrived and took the car away.
