March 'Bloomers' have transformed entrance to George Campbell Leisure Centre
Congratulations to all the hard-working volunteers of March in Bloom for the outstanding job they have done in transforming the entrance to the George Campbell Centre.
Not only have they added a touch of beauty to the area but they have also creatively blocked the ‘short cut’ that people took, which resulted in the mud washing down from it onto the footpath, which was very dangerous.
While we all enjoy the flowers in March, sometimes we forget they do not look after themselves and that behind the displays are many volunteers.
