Question Time on life and faith in Long Sutton next week

A Question Time-style event with a panel which include jazz drummer Gilson Lavis and the Bishop of Grimsby takes place in Long Sutton next Thursday.

Lavis, drummer with the Jools Holland Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, and The Right Reverend Dr David Court will be two of the panellists at St Mary’s Church Hall, Market Place, Long Sutton, at 7.30pm.

The question time event, part of the This Life...Live It initiative organised by St Mary’s Church, Long Sutton, and Long Sutton Baptist Church also features Pastor Chas Sandhu, minister at The Lighthouse Church, Spalding, and Rev Canon Andrew Vaughan of Lincolnshire Chaplaincy Services.

Other panellists will be Jackie Waters-Dewhurst, director of education for the Dioces of Lincoln, and former lorry driver Rev John Leach who teaches theology at St John’s Theological College, Nottingham.
