Road works

CAMBS County Council is about to carry out work to improve safety and the surface of Weasenham Lane, Wisbech.

The road will be resurfaced between Cromwell Road and Sandall Road. Work starts on August 30 and is expected to take four days to complete at a cost of £65,000.

Traffic management measures will be in place throughout the daytime improvement work and road users are being advised to find alternative routes or to allow extra time for their journey as delays are expected.
