Council officials have announced plans to do a £114,000 scheme to improve a Walsoken road.
Norfolk County Council has announced plans to resurface Broad End Road next month.
The 10-day programme will see the section of road between the A47 and Green Lane junctions improved.
Work will begin on Saturday, July 5, to carry out kerbing and other preparatory works ahead of major resurfacing works which are to commence on July 9.
During the kerbing and preparatory works, the traffic lights are to be installed and the road will be closed while the major work goes ahead.
The resurfacing work will be carried out in two phases. The first phase, between Green Lane and Steam Foods, will run from July 9 to 11. While the Second phase which runs up to the A47 goes ahead on July 12 and 13.
A fully signed diversion will be in place for each phase of the road closure
Access to any properties within the limits of the works will be maintained but there may be some disruption.
