Three men charged after police officers injured

LEARN MOREThree men have been arrested, charged and remanded into custody following an incident on Wednesday where police officers were injured and two of their cars damaged as they attempted to stop suspects.
The incident happened after a car suspected of being stolen from a property in Uppingham was spotted by officers in Cambridgeshire.
They tried to stop the black, E-Class Mercedes in Murrow near Wisbech, but two police cars ended up damaged.
Injuries to the officers were minor.
Three men were arrested, charged and remanded into custody following the incident on Wednesday (February 9).
Peter Luke Amos Smith, 40, of Frederick Drive, Walton in Peterborough, was charged with theft of a vehicles, burglary and theft.
Joseph Thomas Upton, 48, of Murrow Lane, Murrow, was charged with burglary, theft, aggravated vehicle-taking, vehicle damage and dangerous driving.
Joseph Daniel Upton, 21, of the same address, was charged with theft of a vehicle, dangerous driving, burglary and theft.
