LEARN MOREMore than 30 Christmas trees filled St Augustine's Church in Wisbech at the weekend as the annual festival returned after two years.
Wisbech mayor Andrew Lynn cut a ribbon to officially open the Christmas Tree Festival which this year had the theme of the Tokyo Olympics.
Many of the trees were decorated by children from local schools including The Orchards, as well as youth groups such as the scouts.
There were stalls as games including a guess whether it was 'wine or water' bottle stall; there was also a tombola and a raffle, as well as live music from Roy McManus and it is hoped the event will have raised around £300 for church funds.
