VIDEO: Conservative Lorne Green elected new Norfolk police commissioner

Conservative Lorne Green has been elected as Norfolk’s new police and crime commissioner this evening.

The former Canadian diplomat received a total of 60,061 votes following the two rounds of counting, almost 10,000 ahead of his Labour opponent Chris Jones.

The incumbent commissioner, indepedent Stephen Bett, was eliminated in the first round, finishing in fourth place.
