Walpole pupils enjoy West End

Youngsters from Anthony Curton Primary School, Walpole St Peter, and Tilney All Saints Primary School enjoy a trip to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at London's Drury Lane.

Youngsters soaked up the bright lights of London when they took a trip to the capital to see one of Roald Dahl’s best-loved works on stage.

Year Two pupils from sister schools, the Anthony Curton School at Walpole St Peter, and Tilney All Saints Primary School, enjoyed a visit to Drury Lane to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Headteacher Anne Senior said: “For many of our children, it was their first trip to London, as well as their first live theatre experience. They were just as excited seeing the famous London landmarks on the coach journey through the city.” Photo: SUPPLIED
