Wednesday, May 13

• Coffee morning with stalls, St Wendreda’s Church Hall, March, 10am to noon.

• Engage in the Afternoon at Chatteris Library, 2pm to 3.30pm. Art demonstration by local artist John Abbott.

Thursday, May 14

• Every Thursday, Upwell Playing field, car boot, sellers 8am, buyers 9am, £5 per pitch, refreshments on site, no dogs, disabled parking with blue badge on field.

• Skylark Garden Centre, near Wimblington, is holding its first Spring Open Evening from 6pm to 8pm, with a free barbecue for all who attend. Demonstration, with a questions and answers session afterwards from local, renowned gardening expert and former garden centre director, Stuart Limpus, and late night shopping with special, one-off deals. To register your free place or places, email info@skylarkgardencentre.co.uk with the number in your group.

• Bingo, Parson Drove Village Hall, proceeds to Alderman Payne School, eyes down 7.30pm.

Saturday, May 16

• Silent Auction for the 3rd Wisbech Scout Group at the Robert Hall Centre, St Augustine’s Road, Wisbech, 7pm.

• Table top sale, Trinity Church, High Street, March, 9 am to 1pm. Hot drinks, cakes and hot snacks also available.

Tuesday, May 19

• Poetry and Chat

Lightweight poetry, Wisbech Library, mingled with some laughs and chatter,

Nothing heavy – try us if you’re partial to a rhyme and natter.

• Leverington village hall management committee are holding a coffee morning, at 10am in the hall. Meet friends or make some new ones over a cup of coffee and a toasted teacake.

• Aerobatics weekend, Fenland Aero Club, Fenland Airfield, Holbeach St Johns.

• Banjo player Sean Moyses is performing his one man show, Banjo World, at The Angles Theatre, Wisbech, 7.30pm. For tickets, contact the box office on 01945 474447.

Saturday, May 23

• Outwell gala, raft race.

• Aerobatics weekend, Fenland Aero Club, Fenland Airfield, Holbeach St Johns.

• Coldham Residents Action Group, dog agility show, from 9am, at Coldham Playing Field, PE14 0NJ, proceeds for the action group.

• Saturday Storytime at March Library, 10.30am–11.30am. Storytime this month is all about dinosaurs. Dino-stories and crafts for children aged three years and over. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Sunday, May 24

• Fun day, Outwell Village Playing Field, 11am to 5pm, followed by a family party.

• Coldham Residents’ Action Group, dog agility and fun dog show, from 9am with the fun dog show at 11am, Coldham Playing Field, proceeds for the action group.

• Aerobatics weekend, Fenland Aero Club, Fenland Airfield, Holbeach St Johns.

Monday, May 25

• Charity dog show, Emneth Car Boot field, PE14 8BG, from 10.30am onwards, all proceeds going to PDSA.
