WHILE we’re still in the middle of the summer holidays, it will soon be back to school.

Summer holidays can be an expensive time, so for those whose budgets have been stretched to the limit, here’s one saving you can rely on care of value retailer 99p Stores.

The recession busters on Wisbech Market Place – part of the UK 99p Stores chain which has 147 branches - has put together a special ‘ten items for under a tenner’ Back to School range.

The range includes this month’s star bargain, large lunchboxes for boys and girls, plus 10 mini highlighters, 40 felt tip pens and a 50-sheet poster book.

“This range is the top of the class – the High Street class,” says 99p Stores boss Hussein Lalani.

Also included in the range are eight granola crunch bars, 12 ‘groovy grip’ colouring pencils and five-packs of Capri Sun drinks.

The Fenland Citizen has secured 15 of these packs especially for our readers.

All you have to do to enter is answer the following question: What is this month’s 99p Store star bargain?

Put your answer on the back of a sealed envelope or postcard, along with your name, address and a daytime telephone number, and send it - marked BACK TO SCHOOL COMPETITION - to the Citizen at 11 Union Street, Wisbech.
