Music and food from around the world will be on offer during Wisbech Festival this weekend.
Wisbech Town Council will be kicking off its programme of summer entertainment tomorrow (Sunday, June7).
Families and music lovers will be flocking to the Market Place to enjoy a fun afternoon from midday.
Undercovered will be kicking off the musical programme and will be followed by Zeperi and Amy. Eros will follow, along with Catch 22 and Dimitr.
Headline act is Rattleshack, who are pictured performing at last Saturday’s busy Love Your Market event in Wisbech.
Local youngsters will for the first time be performing Parkour at the festival, along with break dancing.
Fairground rides along with hairdressing and make-overs will also be on offer during the day.
Free face painting and balloon modelling are other attractions, plus stalls and food from around the world.
The annual Wisbech Karaoke Championships will also be held during the Festival.
One of the people behind the event is Cllr Sam Hoy.
She said: “We are hoping that the Festival is going to be one of the best yet.
“We have a variety of music from the UK and Eastern Europe and there will be a real focus on families.
“We have a lot of different nationalities in Wisbech and we hope this event will bring the whole community together.”
