I wanted to write in and thank the volunteers at Doddington hospital who run the little shop.
I visited the hospital for an appointment with my son this week and on arrival went to reception to ask where we should go for the clinic, only to find the reception desk is no longer manned (obviously another NHS cut back)!
Thankfully the kind ladies at the snack shop found a member of staff and then directed me to where I needed to go.
The ladies continued to do this to other people who came in. These warm, welcoming, helpful, individuals are the kind of people who are the back bone of our country - and we really appreciated their help. Many thanks.
