On Saturday Wimblington made the short trip to Chatteris where the hosts made a good job of getting the game on in very wet conditions.
Wimblington started brightly in a match reduced to 28 overs with Marc Eldred scoring 30 and Steven Course hitting 28 before a flurry of late wickets reduced them to 100 all out.
Chatteris came out aggressively and reached the total for the loss of four wickets with seven overs remaining.
Wimblington 2nds hosted Willingham 2nds with the visitors batting first, with opener A. Buller contributing 89 not out to their total of 180-4. John Bradley took two wickets, with one apiece for Dave Pomfrett and Mark Drape.
As the rain continued only Pomfrett really got going in the reply, scoring 41 not out as Wimblington finished on 112.
