Brodie Ellie hit a half-century for Wisbech Town under 14 team in their 95-run against Snettisham on Friday.

Wisbech batted first and with Brodie 51, Charlie Golding 26 and Callum Ward 18 reached 148 for five in their 20 overs.

Snettisham struggled for runs against the Wisbech attack and were all out for 53 with 23 of those extras. Michael Smith took three wickets for four runs and Josh Warnington two for four.

Chatteris under 15s won a close fought contest away to Littleport to record their second league win of the season.

Batting first on a very poor wicket, Chatteris lost two early wickets before Ben Perry 39 and Kristian Brown 18 steadied the ship. Some big hitting from James Fraser 23no at the end pushed the Chatteris total up to 120 for five off 20 overs.

Littleport looked to be in command, however Liam Birch had other ideas claiming a hat-trick including a good catch by Jake Kaval. This left Littleport 14 runs short of their target.
