Challenges keep Three Counties runners going

The one thing that has kept Three Counties Running Club members going during the three lockdowns over the past year has been running itself, especially Tracey Else’s lockdown challenges.

Even though club sessions have had to stop, being allowed to run with one other person really helps. It allows you to chat, keep fit and also helps you to motivate and support each other.

Three Counties members finished off the year by getting some members to choose a letter/number from the sentence ‘Happy New Year 2021’ and either run or walk it for some Strava art. A lot of effort and imagination had to go into some of the letters as it’s not as easy as it looks.
