Four Wheelers travel to Attleborough for CC Breckland TT and all beat 25mph barrier

By Pete Woodhouse

Phil Lee, who has been consistently good this season, was quickest of the four but top Wisbech lady Becky Murley, still smarting from a loss by just one second to ‘Supervet’ Roger Sewell (pictured) in the Velo Velocity ‘25’ a week earlier, managed to turn the tables in the slightly longer distance beating him by exactly a minute this time around.

Thirty-mile TTs are the exception these days with riders preferring the 10, 25, 50 and 100-mile distances.

But four Wisbech Wheelers travelled to Attleborough for the CC Breckland event and all of them beat the 25mph barrier, including Stewart Emmett, who has competed on his road bike for the whole season.
