Upwell Town failed to score for the first time this year as they went down 3-0 to Peterborough Division One side, Wisbech Town Reserves.

Goals came from Jack Brand, Neil Goodbourn and Mark Hardwick. The lowest placed team in the competition gave 100 per cent effort and commitment throughout the match.

Upwell manager, Karl Schultz said: “I’m proud of the lads today. They didn’t give up and played very well. Wisbech have a lot of quality in their ranks and I wish them luck when they face Wisbech St Mary Reserves in the semi-final.”

Upwell Reserves went down 9-0 against Needingworth Reserves.

Upwell A preserved their unbeaten season in North West Norfolk Division 3, winning 3-2 against Hungate.

Upwell raced to a 2-0 lead but were pegged back to 2-2 before eventually taking the points. Scorers were Kieran Cave (2) and Toby Freear.
