Three Counties Running Club members raced everywhere from Bahrain to the Holkham Hall Estate last week
Andi Woolley was flying the Three Counties Running Club flag over 3,500 miles away.
Taking part in a cycling time trial event in Bahrain, Andy battled 34C temperatures to finish 47th out of 123 participants - many of whom were riding highly impressive bikes.
He recorded a brilliant time of 30:51.
TCRC members Phil and Vicki Newton and Dawn Ball ran in the Holkham 10km event, which took place within the grounds of the 18th century Holkham Hall Estate.
Vicki stormed to a fifth-place finish in her age category, recording a time of 48:57.
Dawn was second in her section with a time of 51:12, while an injured Phil still managed to finish in 52:35.
Mandy Doggett finished her 'Land's End to John O'Groats' challenge, completing her 874 miles over five months in advance.
Isaac Western was first home for TCRC in the Wisbech Junior Parkrun after a 2km time of 10:18. Rowan Coultard was second with 13:57.
You can go to the Parkrun website to get your child a free barcode to take part in the event.
It takes place every Sunday at Wisbech Park, starting at 9am.
