The Hares had a better result in their second clash with the visitors in 12 days.
March began well with a fourth minute goal from Ondre Odain but could not add to it in a first half which they dominated. The second period saw the visitors on top for long periods and they got the equaliser from a disputed free-kick.
March Reserves lost 3-1 at Manea following four league wins in a row, Alex Carman replying.

Upwell Town had their match abandoned after seven minutes after a dislocated ankle and a double leg break suffered by Barley Mow’s 52-goal scorer, Josh Turner.
Upwell were already 1-0 up via Jack Watson against the only team with a 100% record in the leagues.
Turner was on the receiving end of a firm, but fair challenge which turned his ankle.
Upwell manager Karl Schultz said: “Obviously we wish Josh a speedy recovery, but from our point of view there was no reason to force the match to be abandoned.
“The ambulance arrived quickly after we made a call on their behalf and they had plenty of players they could replace him with.”
Upwell Reserves were 4-0 down at half-time at home to Wicken Athletic. A consolation came from Aaron Marshall.
Upwell Town A lost 1-0 to Denver in their top of the table clash in NWN League Division Three.

Marchester moved up to fourth after strikes from Daniel Symonds, an own goal, Will Burke’s first goal for the club, a Danny Cassidy header, a solo effort from Lewis Greening and an Ed Robinson penalty.
