In front of a bumper crowd of nearly 100, Chatteris dominated the first period and a brace of goals from Frankie Ransome (mom) left Chatteris 2-0 up.

In the second half the Tigers looked like adding more with waves of attacks.

Ben McDermott scored after a good Jackson cross and McWilliams netted after a Joyce cross.

Gary Jackson completed the scoring right on the stroke of full time to give Chatteris the points required to finish third in the league.

Chatteris clinched the Cambs League D title with two games left to play.

It was another outstanding team performance with every member effectively participating in the title bid. They remain unbeaten.

The half time score was 4-0 and a further five goals were added in the second half. The defence and keeper stayed as solid and reliable as ever conceding just the one goal.
