Wisbech Town FC play their final UCL Premier Division home game of the season on Saturday against local rivals Holbeach Utd.
The derby ends a run of three successive home games, and they finish the campaign with three away trips in a row. The return at Holbeach’s Carter’s Park ground comes quickly – on Easter Monday.
Joint Fenmen boss Dick Creasey said: “I set a target of a return of 15 points from the last five games.
“It’s obviously not ideal to play them twice in a short space of time.
“I know their manager Glen Maddison, he’s a very good friend because we cross over at work. On a tight budget he has done really well.”
Nevertheless it is a game Creasey feels is there to be won, and said overall the team has been underperforming. Forward Matt Lunn should recover from a knock.
