FORMER Norwich City academy player Nick Davey trained with Wisbech Town last night (Thursday) and has become their fourth signing this summer.
The striker, who has been playing in Australia, lives locally and is keen to resurrect his career in this country.
He played for Walpole Youth Football Club from the age of seven and joined Norwich City as a 13-year-old. After leaving Norwich he was also on King’s Lynn and Bury Town’s books.
Manager Steve Appleby said: “He is a very good signing for the club and is another young player with plenty of experience. We will now have to get international clearance for him.”
