St Ives opened the scoring against the run of play, Ellie Bennington pulled it back and Hungate looked to be in control.

St Ives came out stronger and scored a second. As Hungate attacked, St Ives hit back on the counter twice, before Bennington pulled one back. PoM: Courtney Wakeham.

Stamford 1, Estover Park 3

Park were pushed all the way, but led 2-0 at half-time.

A well worked goal was slotted in by Zoe Birch and Fern Paterson scored in a goalmouth scramble. Park defended stoutly with PoM Dani Westgate outstanding in goal. Emma Searle made the points safe for Park with a close range effort.


Huntingdon Rowdies 4,

Wisbech St Mary 0

Saints conceded two goals in each half but never lost its spirit and continued to press forward.

Wisbech St Mary U14 are looking to recruit players, they must be under the age of 14 on August 31, 2011 and train at Wisbech Town FC on Wednesday evenings from 6.50-8pm. Contact John Chapman on 07776183277.


Alconbury 1, Hungate Rovers 4

Hungate Rovers took an early lead before Alconbury levelled just after the break.

Rovers replied with three quick goals, and their scorers were Lucy Bedwell 2, Carlie Knight and Phoebe Murphy. PoM: Lauren Cook and Paige Bedwell.


Chatteris Town 7, Haverhill 2

Chatteris started the game fast, Faith Shepherd scoring early in the game.

PoM Teonie Peyton then scored her first goal of her hat-trick with a great goal from inside her own half. Chatteris ended the half 3-1 up.

Chatteris were untouchable in the second half with goals coming from Laura Coe, Kaylea Chapman, Lehanna Turner before Peyton finished her treble in style.
