The Hares put in an excellent performance against the Premiership high fliers.

In a close game, Huntingdon were leading 1-0 at half time through a penalty. Keeper Dani Westgate made some excellent saves as the Hares pushed their opponents to the limit.

After a 120-mile round trip, Benwick Ath Res moved into the quarter-finals.

In the first half James Osbourne equalised. Benwick then took a 4-1 lead through Jody Day, John Rose and Blue Revell.

Upwell were deservedly 3-0 up at half-time, despite a missed penalty from Gary Green, via Jonny Allen and Jack Watson (2).

A late Jonny Allen goal ensured Upwell closed the gap on their hosts to four points with five games in hand.

Upwell Reserves lost despite being 5-2 up at half-time.
