Wisbech Town FC will aim to bounce back after losing their previous two ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division games.

They will need to do it the hard way as the Fenmen host leaders AFC Kempston next Saturday. Wisbech, who are now in 11th position, were defeated rather unluckily at Cogenhoe Utd 3-1.

The Cooks were 2-0 up at the break and added their third goal midway through the second half.

Defender Jon Fairweather got an injury time consolation goal but the bar, post and keeper prevented a closer scoreline. Forward Danny Beaumont has departed the club.

Wisbech: Butcher; Hipwell, Wall, Fairweather, Wilson; Horne; Sparrow, Reid, Hughes, Cobb; Bacon. Subs: Brand, Kennedy, Jalo.
