Freear bowls Wisbech to last-gasp win

Wisbech Town skipper Gary Freear took wickets with the first two balls of the final over to make it two Cambs Tucker League Division One wins out of two on Saturday.

Wisbech beat Saffron Walden 2nds at Harecroft Road and the off-spinning captain said he only chose to bowl the final over because it was too dark for the pacemen.

Wisbech took maximum points again and share top spot with Godmanchester and Ketton on 50 points.
