The Hares came unstuck on a muddy pitch in Bretton.
It was a great start with a Meg Webb throw controlled by Emma Searle, who turned and hit a great shot from 25 yards to give the Hares the lead.
In an open game, ICA beat the offside trap twice to take the lead and despite good efforts by Adele Munday and Louise Barbour, ICA got a third before half-time to make the score 1-3.
Josie Turner went agonisingly close at the beginning of the second half, but ICA got a fourth on 60 minutes.
Barbour, with her first start since injury, scored to make it 4-2 after an excellent Munday cross.
With a really open game, ICA took their chances well to score two late goals.
The Hares are at home in cup action on Sunday vs National League side Cambs City – their highest level of opponents since starting up six years ago.
