Home games for Parson Drove and Whittlesey Athletic while March Town and Wisbech Town on their travels

A victory away at second-from-bottom side Kimberley Miners Welfare tomorrow would put Wisbech Town 11 points clear of the United Counties Premier North relegation places with just five games to go.

The Fenmen, who lost 3-2 at home to Kimberley in the League Cup back in September, exacted revenge when a Michael Frew goal gave them a 1-0 league win at Fountain Fresh Park in November.

Wisbech will be looking to build on last week’s 2-1 home win over leaders Eastwood, although Kimberely are also on good form, with five of their six victories this season coming in their last eight games.

Over in the United Counties Premier South, March Town will be looking to cement their place in the play-off positions when they travel to play bottom side Godmanchester Rovers.

The fourth-place Hares secured a good 1-1 draw at third-place Rugby Borough last Saturday but will be aware that Rover stunned them with a 3-0 victory at The GER back in July.

In the Thurlow Nunn First Division North, 11th-place Parson Drove will be looking to bounce back from last week’s 5-1 drubbing at home to Holbeach United when they entertain an AFC Sudbury Reserves side one place and one point behind them in the table.

Drove travel to Suffolk for the reverse fixture next Saturday.

Sudbury beat Whittlesey Athletic last week and the 14th-place Blues will be looking to bounce back when entertain second-from-bottom outfit Needham Market Reserves on Saturday.

Caleb Sargent was on target for Whittlessey as they drew the corresponding fixture 1-1 back in August.
