Keeper Tori Sharpe made a great one-on-one save before Emma Frost had a shot cleared off the line.

On the stroke of half-time, an excellent cross pitch pass from Eleanor McLeish put Frost through and she lobbed the keeper to level matters.

Both teams battled well in the second half, with Adele Munday having a shot tipped over the bar.

Grist then hit a perfect cross from the right and Frost scored her second from three yards to make the score 2-1.
