Awards for achievements over previous 12 months while members also support Donna Johnson's 50th King's Lynn Parkrun

Three Counties Running Club members celebrated in style the success and achievements of the club and its individuals on Saturday.

Some 25 awards were presented for achievements over the previous 12 months.

Awards were: Best New Male and Female Athlete – Gary Ingrey and Dawn Ball. Most improved Male and Female – Matt Hunter and Tracey Else.

Fastest Male and Female 5k – Daniel Barnes and Elisabeth Sennitt-Clough. Fastest Male and Female 5k Age % – Gary Bligh And Trudy Sayell. Fastest Male and Female 10k – Graham Rushmer and Elisabeth Sennitt Clough.

Fastest Male and Female 10k Age % – Barry Clark and Nicole Coughlin. Fastest Male and Female half marathon - Graham Rushmer and Elisabeth Sennitt Clough. Fastest Male and Female half marathon Age % – Keith White and Teresa Rodrigues.

Fastest Male and Female marathon – Tim Clough and Elisabeth Sennitt Clough.

Fastest Ultra Marathon – Nicole Coughlin. Outstanding achievement – Morgan Harrison. Personal achievement – Sarah-Jane Macdonald. Outstanding contribution – Spencer Neilly.

Active Fenland Best Male and Female – Ricky Kitchener and Tina Rust.

Club Champion nominated by the members went to Gary Bligh. London marathon ballot place – Graham Rushmer.

The Junior winners were: Best Male and Female Junior Athlete – Morgan Harrison and Lily Amps.

Active Fenland Male and Female – Issac Western and Imogen Agger. Best Junior Parkrunner Male and Female – Hayden Hall and Maisie Macdonald.

TCRC members travelled to March to support Donna Johnson running her 50th Parkrun.

Mark Mattless was first home for the club in 23:44.

Other times: Donna Johnson in 28:18, Victoria May, Emily Clarke and Sarah-Jane Macdonald all 28:19, Barry Clark 29:36, Melvin Green 31:10, Sarah Lamb 31:40, Elliot Green 31:58 and Jennie Sinclair 32:59 CPB.

Other Parkrun results, Ipswich: Stephen Rhodes 24:53, Sandra Rhodes 33:29. King’s Lynn: Richard Stapleton 23:13, Tracey Else 25:38, Colin Apps 25:39, Jayne Spurrier 26:39PB.

Junior Parkrun: Hayden Hall 8:58, Maisie Macdonald 9:36, William Durkin 10:07, Stephanie Harbord 11:52, Issac Western 12:09, Kallum Hall 13:40, Harry Bligh 16:18PB and Molli Western 24:30 (tail runner). Sunday, Shouldham XC 6.5km event: Kirsten Muller 28:32 and Victoria May in 37:25.
