March Town United 0 Sudbury 1

In a very tight game, with plenty of incident in the second half, an early goal from the visitors was enough to condemn the Hares to another home defeat.

March have lost their last four league and cup games at the GER. On Monday the tenth-spot Hares travel to Ely City. The Reserves’ game at Over was called off late due to a flooded pitch.

Benwick Athletic Res 3 Guyhirn 6

League leaders Guyhirn went into a 3-0 lead, before Joe Shaw scored an excellent goal from 25 yards.

Guyhirn got another before half-time. Although Guyhirn scored twice in the second half, an own goal and a Jordan Brighton side foot marked a much improved 45 minutes.

Upwell Reserves beat Cottenham A 2-0. The score flattered Cottenham, who only managed a shot on target all match.

The goals came either side of half-time with Connor Sidaway making it two in two and young Samuel Clarke scoring his first goal in adult football.
