Norwich City 9, LSHC 3

Sutton struggled to find any rhythm on Saturday on the bouncy Norwich pitch.

Although Sutton opened the scoring through a scorching Fyson thunderbolt, and Sisson closed down an aerial ball superbly and smashed home, Sutton were 3-2 down at half-time.

Norwich scored three goals before Sutton had even strung three passes together, while Harrison responded.

In the final game of a triple header that has seen the team play three of the top four sides, Sutton again came away with kudos for the performance but zilch for the league table.

Winning the first half 4-0 and finishing 9-0 victors is a rare experience for Sutton 3rds.

The goals scored were team efforts. Harry Synnott scored five at the back post, Matt King two and new boy Michael Donaghy two.
