Tydd’s ladies captain Maggie Semper organised a golf charity day in aid of the Childrens Liver Disease Foundation.

Fifty players took part in a mixed three-ball Yellow Peril competition.

Elysia Semper, grandaughter of the captain who suffers with liver disease, presented the winners with their prizes.

Approximately £300 was raised for the charity on the day.

Competition winners: Chris Day, Maria Taylor-Vassall, Evan Kemp with 103 points.

Runners-up Val Sambridge, Ian Fitt, Brian Knights, with 97 points. Nearest the pin Ladies Val Sambridge, mens: Terry Cobb.
