March power-lifter Louise Fox retained her British title at Bournemouth over the weekend.
Reigning single-lift champion Fox was in great form for the event where all three types of lift are combined to find overall Full-Power champion.
She weighed in at bodyweight of 54.4 kg and in the first discipline, the squat, she set a new world record of 105.5 kg to establish a good lead.
In the Bench-Press, she equalled her previous best recording 72.5 gm to extend her dominance.
A superb Dead-Lift of 165 kg in the third category took her overall lift total to a new world record of 442.5 kg to clinch the title for the third year running.
She now qualifies to compete in Chicago, USA, in June for the World Single-Lift Titles and during November for the World Full-Power Title in Glasgow.
