Ladies toast triple triumph

North Cambs Ladies Donald Steward bowls team continued their most successful season for over 20 years when they made it three wins in a row on Saturday.

They beat Hunts 148 shots to 92, winning on all rinks and scoring a maximum 22 points in a thrilling victory at Upwell Park.

Having beaten North Essex earlier in the season their success continued with victories over Lincs and Norfolk. They now lie in second place behind Suffolk, having totalled 74 points.

The Silver Vase team also took six points from Hunts at March Town.
