March Marlins hosted and brought home the Richard Shaw Memorial Gala in a close fought battle on Saturday.

It took 27 PBs, five club records, 15 1sts, eight seconds and eight third places to win the trophy. Every swimmer that competed was awarded with a medal which was presented by Roger Adams, who has stepped down as the Fenland League chairman after 11 years. Roger was presented with an award for his work by league secretary David Robinson.

Results: 1 March 177pts, 2 Mildenhall 165, 3 Huntingdon 156, 4 Ely 148, 5 Chatteris 136, 6 Peterborough 110.

n Marlins were invited to the Huntingdon Autumn Shield Gala and were third behind Ely and Huntingdon. Marlins had 18 PBs, five club records, nine firsts, 10 seconds and six third places.
