FENLAND drivers are heading for the Norfolk Arena at King’s Lynn on Saturday (6pm) when the annual Hallowe’en Carnival Night meeting is staged.

Racing comes from the Unlimited Power F1 Stock Cars together with the 1500cc Bangers who will be competing in the final qualifying round for the National Championship and hilarious antics will be provided by the upside down Reliant Robins.

It will be an important night for Nicky Young (Elm) who is involved in a four-way battle whilst he tries to defend his Entertainer Title. Nicky’s brother Nathan is currently the best local driver placed in qualifying for the 1500cc National Championship as he sits in eighth place in the league.

Nathan is currently the only local driver in the top 20 in the points but looking to make progress will be his brother Nicky, Ricky Twell (Walpole St Peter), Alex Godfery (Tydd St Mary), Joe Barratt and David Sturman (both Wisbech).

Nicky Young will have a busy night – as well as racing a Banger he is in action in a Robin together with Roy Gedge and Max Stott (both Wisbech).

The F1 Stock Cars will see Mark “Sparky” Whittaker make his debut with the Banger Ace winning an all expenses F1 drive following his runner-up finish in the Unlimited Banger World of Shale Final.
