New member of England’s coaching staff Robert Croft was the guest speaker at March Town Cricket Club’s annual dinner on Friday.
The former off-spinning international will join England’s coaching team for the one-day leg of their current successful tour to South Africa.
Croft, who played 21 Tests and 50 one-day internationals for England, will work with the spin bowlers for a 12-day period. The 45-year-old is currently on the coaching staff at his former county Glamorgan.
