Lee Johnson first Leverington Three Counties Running Club member home at Shouldham cross-country series hosted by Ryston Runners

King’s Lynn Junior Parkrun saw Three Counties Running Club’s Oliver Knott enjoy a fine run, finishing in 12:09.

It was also the third race in the Shouldham XC Series (pictured) hosted by Ryston Runners on Sunday.

Some 18 club members took part in the 6.5km cross country race through the woods on a lovely fresh morning.

It was a tough course and definitely the hardest out of the three distances. First home for the club was Lee Johnson in a time of 26:17.
