A samurai karate school held its first grading since returning from lockdown.

All students have been working hard to improve their skills despite the pandemic.

Successful juniors included 6-year-old Abigail Swiderek, sixth Kyu achiever Alfie Woodcock and first Kyu earner Ashleigh Mason.

The Forrest family worked together to earn their grades, while Matt Boulton and his son Freddie impressed.

The students only recently returned to in-person training after an extended period of learning over Zoom calls.

Classes are available six days a week, with 12 available sessions to choose from.
