Dawn Styles took gold in a hard-fought ladies section with Janis Vilkajas taking gold in the men's section with two perfectly executed mawashi geri combinations.

This was a perfect day to celebrate Samurai Karate School's 24th birthday and builds on the club's previous competition success.

The school has seven students who will be competing in November for the AKA National Squad in the Welsh league finals.

Samurai is a full time Dojo with classes six days a week.

They start from age 5 and have children, adults, ladies and family classes. They are a fully inclusive Dojo and have athletes competing in Inclusive karate events.
