Shouldham is the destination for Three Counties Running Club members
Three Counties Running Club members are testing themselves over three distances at the Shouldham Cross Country Grand Prix Series.
Each distance is alternated each month and run twice during the six-race series. There is a 5km,6.5km and 9km distance starting in October and finishing in March.
The course at Shouldham Warren is a beautiful undulating wooded area with well-developed trails.
There was a fantastic turnout of 20 TCRC members on the first 5k race of the series on a crispy, sunny morning.
The first runner home for the club was Craig Freestone in a time of 20:15.

The 9k race held in November was another fantastic turnout with 15 members tackling the longest route of all three distances.
